Lifetime access

Is this a subscription?

No. Amour Lifetime is a single purchase. The US price is $4.99; Apple displays your local price before you confirm. There are no recurring fees.

I bought Amour. How do I restore it?

Tap Restore purchase during setup, on the lifetime screen, or in Settings. Use the Apple Account you purchased with. Restoring brings back access, not deleted photos or memories.

Can I get a refund?

Apple handles payments and refund requests. Visit Apple’s purchase help to review your purchases and request help.

Widgets, your way

How do I add a Home Screen widget?

Choose a design in Amour’s Widget tab. On your iPhone Home Screen, touch and hold an empty area, open the widget gallery, find Amour, and choose Small, Medium, or Large. iOS controls update timing; changes may take a little while to appear.

Can I add Amour to my Lock Screen?

Touch and hold your Lock Screen, tap Customize, then select the Lock Screen and its widget area. Choose Amour’s time-together or anniversary widget. Adjust its appearance in Amour’s Widget tab under Lock Screen.

Can I change the counter?

Yes. Choose calendar time (years, months, and days) or whole totals. You can hide “together” and show a countdown to your next anniversary. Home and widget counters can use different formats.

Memories and photo albums

What do I need to save a memory?

Only a title and a date. A note, end date, and photos are optional. Add an end date for trips or longer moments. You can add multiple images without a fixed photo-count limit; available device storage still matters.

Where are my photos saved?

Selected images are copied into Amour’s private storage on your iPhone and use additional space. Keep your original photos as a backup. Deleting an Amour photo does not delete the original from Apple Photos. Tap a memory, then a photo, to browse full screen.

Why are some photos missing from suggestions?

Photo ideas can only explore the library you allow. With limited Photos access, Amour sees just the selected items. Review access in iPhone Settings and allow your full library if you want suggestions across all years. Suggestions use dates and Favorites, not face recognition, and you choose what to keep.

Dates, reminders, and a little space

Add anniversaries, birthdays, trips, a child’s milestones, or dates that matter to your family. Reminder choices are optional. Use Settings to pause all reminders without losing your choices.

Archiving a relationship keeps its story and memories on the device, pauses reminders, and makes widgets neutral. You can restore it later; reminders stay paused until you resume them.
